General Rules (Guide for Guests)

1) A deposit of RM50 for bookings.
    Full payment through Online/Cash before Check-in.

2) Check-in time: 2.00pm.
     Check-out time: 12.00 pm.

3) Please respect the neighborhood, behave decently and do not make any noise that can disrupt the well-being of our neighbors.

4) Please use the furniture and equipment supplied well.

5) Always put safety and hygiene first.

6) Ensure that all doors and windows are closed/locked when are not at the homestay. Do not leave any valuable assets in the homestay.

7) Avoid wasted Water and Electricity.

8) DO NOT nailing @ graffiti inside or outside the homestay.

9) Pets are NOT ALLOWED.

10) Dangerous Goods or Hazardous Materials prohibited by law are NOT ALLOWED to be brought into the homestay.

11) Pork and Lard are NOT ALLOWED. Only HALAL Food and drink are allowed to be brought into the homestay. Liquor/alcohols are NOT ALLOWED at all.

12) Do not throw any objects (especially pad) into the toilet bowl to prevent it from clogging.

13) Report immediately any damage that occurs as soon as you begin to receive the key. Do not make any damage to equipment or carry-out items available in the homestay.
 

* The owner of the premises is not responsible for any accidents, bodily injury to the body and loss of property.

 * The owner of the premises has the right to make any changes to the Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.

Hafsah Homestay offers comfortable accommodations  for customer satisfaction. ◕‿-
We offer a clean house, affordable price, complete with set of family accommodation. It is also suitable for tourists who plan to visit Muar, Johor, Malaysia where many beautiful and historical places to visited. 

Our homestay is the MOST STRATEGIC place to stay where everything is nearby (at town).

Hafsah Homestay provides:
- TWO BEDROOMS feature air conditioned with each room equipped with a Queen-sized bed and mattress, pillows, towels, blankets and mats prayer. Hair dryer provided.

(As additional, we provide another 6 Single mattress for big family)

 
- BATHROOMS (one for shower, one for pee....shower gel and water heater provided)

- LIVING ROOM  (sofa, tv-njoi)

- KITCHEN 
-Refrigerator
-Kettle
-Toaster
-Rice Cooker
-Cookware provided.
-Washing machine (auto) provided.
*house is fully furnished and mosaic.  

Nice place for gathering and spending time with family. It is also suitable for those who travel in groups and plan to have a short stay in Muar. We do not set any number of members but to comfort Mr. / Mrs. and family, our homestay can accommodate between eight to ten adults. We also have a reasonable price for out stationed customers who plan to bring their family along more than three days.

Peraturan Am (Panduan Kepada Tetamu)

1)  Deposit sebanyak minima RM50 dikenakan untuk tempahan.
Bayaran sepenuhnya secara Online/Tunai sebelum Masuk.

2) Waktu Masuk(check in): 2.00 petang.
     Waktu Keluar(check out): 12.00 tengahari.

3) Menghormati kawasan kejiranan, berkelakuan sopan dan tidak membuat bising sehingga mengganggu jiran-jiran.

4) Menggunakan perabut dan peralatan yang disediakan dengan baik.

5) Sentiasa mengutamakan keselamatan dan kebersihan.

6) Sila pastikan semua pintu & tingkap ditutup/dikunci jika tiada di homestay. Jangan tinggalkan apa jua barang berharga di dalam homestay.

7) Elakkan pembaziran air dan elektrik.

8) DILARANG memaku @ menconteng dinding di dalam atau di luar homestay.

9) DILARANG membawa masuk binatang peliharaan di dalam homestay.

10) Bahan-bahan yang salah dari segi undang-undang dan dilarang oleh Pihak Berkuasa TIDAK DIBENARKAN sama sekali.

11) Makanan dan minuman halal sahaja yang dibenarkan dibawa masuk ke dalam homestay. Minuman keras/alkohol TIDAK DIBENARKAN sama sekali.

12) Jangan buang sesuatu (terutama tuala wanita) ke dalam mangkuk tandas untuk mengelakkannya dari tersumbat.

13) Laporkan sebarang kerosakan yang berlaku sebaik saja anda mula menerima kunci homestay. Jangan melakukan apa jua kerosakan terhadap peralatan atau membawa keluar/pulang barangan yang terdapat di dalam homestay.

*Pemilik premis tidak bertanggungjawab atas apa-apa kemalangan, kecederaan anggota tubuh badan dan kehilangan harta benda tetamu.
 

*Pemilik premis berhak untuk membuat sebarang perubahan pada Terma dan Syarat dari semasa ke semasa tanpa notis pemberitahuan.
