Cara Pembayaran Tempahan Hafsah Homestay

Assalamualaikum dan Salam Sejahtera kepada semua pengunjung di blog ini..😊

Terlebih dahulu, kami memohon maaf sekiranya terdapat salah faham berkaitan isu pembayaran sepanjang kami mengusahakan homestay ini. 😔

Baiklah, pada hari ini kami akan bercerita lebih bagi menjelaskan tentang cara pembayaran tempahan yang perlu para penginap lakukan sebelum check-in.

Sekiranya Tuan/Puan berminat untuk bermalam di teratak kecil kami, apa yang perlu Tuan lakukan adalah;

1) Menghubungi pihak kami di talian 011-6071 7341 (boleh juga whatsapp) untuk pertanyaan tarikh dan masa.

2) Sekiranya terdapat kekosongan pada tempoh berkenaan, Tuan/Puan diminta untuk membayar deposit minima sebanyak RM50 ke dalam akaun MAE 0073 0304 9840 (Khairunnisa Rosli).

3) Membuat baki bayaran sewa homestay mengikut bayaran yang telah dipersetujui kepada pihak kami secara online atau boleh juga dibayar kepada penjaga rumah kami pada masa Tuan/Puan check-in.

Diharap pihak penginap jelas dengan cara pembayaran yang telah pun kami tetapkan :)

General Rules in Hafsah Homestay

Dear Guests, please follow the Rules that are provided.

We also provide the Rules in form of image for Guest reference.

General Rules (Guide for Guests)

1) A deposit of RM50 for bookings.
    Full payment through Online/Cash before Check-in.

2) Check-in time: 2.00pm.
     Check-out time: 12.00 pm.

3) Please respect the neighborhood, behave decently and do not make any noise that can disrupt the well-being of our neighbors.

4) Please use the furniture and equipment supplied well.

5) Always put safety and hygiene first.

6) Ensure that all doors and windows are closed/locked when are not at the homestay. Do not leave any valuable assets in the homestay.

7) Avoid wasted Water and Electricity.

8) DO NOT nailing @ graffiti inside or outside the homestay.

9) Pets are NOT ALLOWED.

10) Dangerous Goods or Hazardous Materials prohibited by law are NOT ALLOWED to be brought into the homestay.

11) Pork and Lard are NOT ALLOWED. Only HALAL Food and drink are allowed to be brought into the homestay. Liquor/alcohols are NOT ALLOWED at all.

12) Do not throw any objects (especially pad) into the toilet bowl to prevent it from clogging.

13) Report immediately any damage that occurs as soon as you begin to receive the key. Do not make any damage to equipment or carry-out items available in the homestay.
 

* The owner of the premises is not responsible for any accidents, bodily injury to the body and loss of property.

 * The owner of the premises has the right to make any changes to the Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.

We offer a clean house, affordable price, complete with set of family accommodation. It is also suitable for tourists who plan to visit Muar, Johor, Malaysia where many beautiful and historical places to visited. 

Our homestay is the MOST STRATEGIC place to stay where everything is nearby (at town).

Hafsah Homestay provides:
- TWO BEDROOMS feature air conditioned with each room equipped with a Queen-sized bed and mattress, pillows, towels, blankets and mats prayer. Hair dryer provided.

(As additional, we provide another 6 Single mattress for big family)

 
- BATHROOMS (one for shower, one for pee....shower gel and water heater provided)

- LIVING ROOM  (sofa, tv-njoi)

- KITCHEN

*house is fully furnished and mosaic.  

Nice place for gathering and spending time with family. It is also suitable for those who travel in groups and plan to have a short stay in Muar. We do not set any number of members but to comfort Mr. / Mrs. and family, our homestay can accommodate between eight to ten adults. We also have a reasonable price for out stationed customers who plan to bring their family along more than three days.
